June 2010, Boxing Tournament in Nairobi

As a part of AS Solutions' Company Social Responsibility Program we are supporting activities for children and young people of the Nairobi Slums. AS Solution supports and conducts sport training programs and events at the various schools in the Kibera Slums. In June 2010, AS Solution supported a Boxing Tournament in Nairobi. This event was a great success with many participants and spectators.

Again AS Solution has been chosen as the provider of security staff and video surveillance (incl. Operators) for this years' great music event.

As usual AS Solution will provide the festival with our extremely service minded and experienced security personnel, CCTV operators and a large amount of cameras and equipment.

The surverillance system are installed on strategic locations enabling prevention and documentation in the event of trouble, incidents and accidents.

The coveted silver jug and the world's oldest still active sporting trophy was in June 2010 in Denmark and brought to Tuborg Havn with police escort.

As in other demanding tasks were AS Solution selected as responsible for security around the trophy in Tuborg port.

During Cruise Convention in Miami last week Princess Cruises honored Copenhagen as its 2009 "Port of the Year."

Princess' passengers gave the Danish destination their highest marks for satisfaction in multiple areas which include luggage handling incl. screening of pax and scanning of luggage.

The first port outside of North America to earn the "Port of the Year"

Honor, Copenhagen for its service, facilities and personnel, all of which enhanced passenger experiences while boarding or disembarking Princess ships during the company's 14 calls in Copenhagen during the summer 2009 season.

"A turnaround port offers passengers their first or last impression of their cruise with us, so it's very important that they have a good experience as they travel through the local facilities," says Dean Brown, Princess executive vice president of corporate services.

"Copenhagen has been recognized as the highest ranked port for 2009, but they've also been one of the highest ranked ports in years past.

It's clear that our passengers appreciate the level of service and efficiency that the port and their staff provide."

From May to October 2010, AS Solution will cover most cruise liners calling on Copenhagen Port.
AS Solution has been recognized for our performance in the season of year 2009 and have again ben awarded with contract with several shipping companies in Denmark on delivery of passenger and luggage screening for cruise liners calling Copenhagen Port. 
 

The entire set up, and the training of AS Solution personnel live up to international standards, and AS Solution is therefore ready to offer the services to any kind of event in Denmark, Northern Europe or in the Baltic States. Our equipment is stationary as well as mobile due to the fact that we have invented a trailer system. This makes it easy for us to deploy quickly.
This year we proudly can inTroduce even higher quality due to the experience from last years screening, but also from the screening of the IOC and COP15 meetings held in Copenhagen ultimo 2009.

AS Solution has again finished a very large assignment taking care of a number of the key firgures and the largest companies and organizations, attending the WEF in Davos in February 2010.

AS Solution had a team of app. 20 Close Protection Officers on job during the entire event to handle all aspects from Close Protection to safe transport, helicopter service, accomodation etc. for our distinguished clients.

It was a very hectic week, which demanded a very high engagement and professional work ethic from our CPO´s  and coordinators.

From all sides we have been praised for our professional and effective service -  and for the fact that all went well and without any problems.

AS Solution wants to express our sincere thanks to our cooperation partners,   Elite Limousine Service, Swiss Police Force, Lions Air, Heli Service, the hotels in Davos and Zürich and of course to our professional and very engaged Close Protection Officers in our company.

At COP15 in December 2009, AS Solution once more proved our abilities within planning, execution and coordination of the worlds biggest and demanding security events.

AS Solution in cooporation with the Congress Center Bella, as we did at the IOC meeting in September 2009, was responsible for X-Ray and metal detection screening and visitation of more than 15,000 guests, participants, staff and goods in the 16 days event.
The event was executed with more than 200 staff members and 25 sets of X-Ray and metal detecting equipment. This required a high level of overview and coordination with national security organizations, The Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the United Nations.

AS Solution has received recognition for our high standard of service and performance.

Besides the event in the Bella Congress Center, AS Solution analogical were responsible for a large number of VIP protection tasks and other event security screening task at i.e. lobby meetings etc., held by both national and international organizations. Also for these tasks AS Solution has been praised by our clients.

With these succesfull tasks AS Solution have proved that no event is to demanding or large for us. We clearly have showed that we can execute all phases of any event with respect to security and service.

AS Solution has been awarded the contract for the IOC Conference in Bella Center on October 2009. With up to 8,000 participants and delegates holding positions from presidential level to local sport committees, the IOC conference in Denmark is to become a major event.

The security level is the highest possible and the logistics setup is requiring all forces from the Police, authorities and manyprivate companies in DK.

AS Solution is to supply the x-ray and metal detectors besides the staff operating the equipment and handling the queue control.

Saturday the 24th of January Danish Television  DR1 had a all night show with the purpose of raising money for “African Families”. The show had some of the Danish Music celebrities entertaining during the evening mixed with various documentary reports from the various projects in Africa, where the Danish Humanitarian Organizations are performing their work and support.

AS Solution is working in Africa a lot, and we have branches both in Kenya and Tanzania. Our assignment are spread out over the entire continent, and therefore we have insight in the many problems, that African families are facing.

AS Solution decided to give their support to the Money Raising program, and we send our thoughts and support to the organizations involved in the projects and to the African Families.

X-Factor Music Concert at Rådhuspladsen, Copenhagen, year 2009

AS Solution was selected to provide the necessary security for the famous X-factor concert held at Rådhuspladsen in Copenhagen. We worked closely together with law-enforcement authorities and the producers of the TV-show to develop preparedness, capable of managing the crowd. With 60000 people in the square and no severe incidents, the event and the handling of security was an undisputable success.
